NADA is a five-point ear acupuncture protocol rooted in community healthcare movements. The practice was originally developed to support detoxification, aiding recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, irritability and cravings. Since then, the NADA protocol has been found effective for a wide range of conditions, and has now been found to promote relaxation and well-being, improved sleep, stimulation and strengthening of the body's meridians.

During a session, we sit in a quiet group circle for up to 40 minutes with five small, sterile needles (or acupressure beads) placed in each ear. NADA is open to all.

NADA is free at the point of entry, and we invite contributions on a sliding scale to keep the circle sustained and supported. Contribution models vary by location (ranging from free and sliding-scale to fixed fees). Please see individual calendar listings for details.
